Under tests to BS5368:parts 1-2 and 3, PVC casement windows met the requirements of the classification for weather tightness BS6375:part 1 1989 achieving the following performance levels.
Air permeability - class C
Watertightness - 300 Pa under static pressure

Wind resistance - windloading of 2400 Pa with an exposure category of 2400.

All window hardware has been mechanically tested over 30000 openings and closing cycles (equivalent to 40 years use at 2 openings per day).
